Making time to take care of ourselves can be a challenge in our daily lives. We do our best to perform at work, care for our families and serve at a high level, yet we often end up sacrificing our own health and well-being.
The Bible reminds us that health, rest and self-care are critical components to living a Christ-centered life. God WANTS us to enjoy the benefits life has to offer, as they are gifts directly from Him! Serenity Health offers a variety of ways to ensure our body, mind and spirit are healthy, well and fit.
Join us every other Saturday for Christ-Centered Yoga. We open in prayer, and through scripture, music and meditation, we strengthen our physical and spiritual being, while deepening our faith.
Participate in our Exercise and Nutrition seminars where we bring in Certified Professional Trainers and Board-Certified Nutrition Specialists. You will receive proven health and exercise tips, while obtaining the most current nutrition and dietary guidelines that best fit your age, gender and body-type. Mudita Strong is a Crossfit Recovery Community led by church member, Scott Mahley. Open to all fitness levels and abilities. We work on functional strength in a class setting. All workouts are free and open to anyone with at least 48 hours of sobriety. Join us on Sundays from 12:45 to 2 PM. Feel free to invite others in recovery.
